At Noura, customer satisfaction comes first. All our products go through quality checks before dispatch, and we stand behind what we sell with a full satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Once your order is delivered, if you find any issue with the product, simply contact our support team with your order number and a photo/video showing the problem. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

2. When will I get my refund?

Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method or account, depending on how the order was placed.

3. What if I purchased Noura products from a different platform?

If you purchased Noura products through another online marketplace or a retail partner, please follow that platform’s or store’s own refund process, as we can only process refunds for orders placed directly through nourastore.pk.
