We offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 1500. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply at checkout. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location.
3. What if I purchased Noura products from another platform or store?
If you purchased Noura products through a different online marketplace or a retail partner, please follow that platform’s or store’s own return and refund process, as we are only able to process returns for orders placed directly through nourastore.pk.
4. How do I request a return?
Simply reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a photo/video of the issue (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.
